Spend Our Way to Prosperity

The Dallas Morning News reported today that President Obummer, in outlining a major new GOVERNMENT STIMULUS, (at least the Dallas paper is calling this what it truly is, just more money to stimulate more government growth), said the nation must continue to “spend our way out of this recession”. Does this work at your house? If you are in debt up to your eyeballs do you simply spend more money to get the debt to drop? If you’re in debt with credit cards for $10,000 do you just charge another $15,000 to spend your way to prosperity? Is this man really this stupid? It isn’t even a matter of education, but it is a matter of being able to reason. Piling on more debt does not get a household or a country out of debt. Spending more of taxpayer money to grow the government does not get the country out of this recession or any other recession. Americans spending money on what they choose to spend money on will help ease the recession. Lowering taxes will stimulate the economy to new heights and the government will actually bring in more money from taxes than with higher taxes. JFK had this figured out in the late 50s and early 60s, but his party just doesn’t get it.

Obummer also said, “We avoided the depression many feared, but our work is far from done”. Translation: We avoided the depression many feared, darn it! Our work on getting America into a depression is far from done. This jerk actually thinks that the government can spend us into prosperity. He also wants to take more and more of our hard earned money and grow the government to where we will all depend on the government while at the same time fearing it.

We are seeing now that it was quite a competition when Obummer and Biden, the plagiarizer, were in the senate together as to which was the dumbest senator ever. Now it is obvious though that Obummer is the emptiest suit to ever sit in the Oval Office and Biden is the hands down the stupidest VP ever.
